Hayoung grew up in S.Korea for 14 years and is currently attending a high school in Appleton, WI. She is a rising senior and built Freedom Crusaders to pursue her passion regarding serving defectors and refugees. She also is a part of the World Relief Humanitarian organization for refugees. Her goal is to bring the world’s spotlight on North Korean defectors for their guaranteed human rights and freedom. Her dream is to be a politician or a policymaker who stands up for justice and the truth.

Yebom is a freshman at Sogang University, located in S.Korea. Studying social psychology, she has significant knowledge and interest in North Korea. She participated in North Korean human rights video contests, Korean reunification essay contests and more. Her dream is to be the therapist who heals people with trauma and anxiety.

Dan is currently studying Law and International Studies at Handong Global University in S.Korea. Understanding the impact of law, his dream is to pass laws that can embrace and include N.Koreans when two Koreas become one. Dan serves as a council member for Unification Academy learning about N.Korea and the unity. He also is working for Bandi Volunteer Corps in which he focuses on lighting up N.Korea with hope.
